Enrolment to Affiliate Program

1. You must submit a completed application through Lion Affiliates website in order to enroll in our affiliate program. An Affiliate Manager will review it and either approve or reject your application at our sole discretion.
2. By completing your application on Lion Affiliates website, you will provide us with a complete list of the domain names you intend to use for the marketing of our program ('Proposed Domain Names') and at our request, you must provide detailed information about these names, which include, but not limited to; The use of these domains, their quality, content and design. If your application is accepted, the proposed domain names that you provide are the domains in which you are authorized by this program to promote the participating sites ('accepted sites').
3. By submitting your application, you declare that you are over the legal age of your jurisdiction and that your domain is not designed to attract minors.
4. The personal information you provide must be accurate, complete and authentic.
5. You can have the maximum of one Affiliate account, with Lion Affiliates as well as one player account on each of the participating brands at Lion Affiliates. 5.1. At the time of publishing these Terms and Conditions, the Lion Affiliates participating brands are RegalCasino.live and SevenWager.com. Should any further participating brands be added to Lion Affiliates, the Terms and Conditions will be duly amended to include such brands.
6. An Affiliate must not open more than one Affiliate account without the prior written consent of the Company, nor will an Affiliate earn commissions from his own player account. Affiliates are not allowed to bet using a player account that is associated with their Affiliate account. In the event that an Affiliate wishes to play on any of the Lion Affiliates’ participating brand/s websites, said Affiliate must set up a player account/s on the participating brand/s website/s that is not associated with his player account. If an Affiliate wishes to test the system, the Company will provide the Affiliate with a demo account to access our platform. In the case of a violation, the Company has the right to void all applicable earned commissions from such account. For the avoidance of doubt, any personal player account on any of the Lion Affiliates participating brands, should not be directly linked to an Affiliate account.
7. Affiliates are only allowed to have 1 account per IP (household). Other people on the same IP (household) are allowed to sign up if they wish. If more than 1 person is using Lion Affiliates program from the same IP (household), then everyone from that IP (household) will be required to submit their ID to Lion Affiliates for verification.
8. As an Affiliate, you have the right to register Sub Affiliates under your Affiliate account. You are not authorized to register any entity in which you have any shareholding.
9. To become a Master Affiliate and collect a commission on the referred Affiliates, contact our Affiliates department. We will create a separate account for you to promote and enroll in Affiliates.
10. Each Affiliate application is reviewed individually within 1 business day. Once approved our affiliate department will notify you by email.
11. After registering each affiliate will receive a welcome letter with the new username and password.
12. An Affiliate will not establish any domain of Facebook, Twitter or other social network, blog domain, profile name or name to display that contains names, words and phrases that are part of Lion Affiliates
13. An Affiliate is prohibited from purchasing or creating off-site text links with anchor text for keyword phrases, names, words and phrases that are part of Lion Affiliates or any of its brands.

Advertising of your Affiliation with Lion Affiliates

1. To promote our brands, we will provide the affiliate with access to a link generator, co-branded banners, XML odds feeds, tracking tools, and all the necessary material to achieve the promotion. The affiliate can not modify the links obtained from us without prior written authorization.
2. Lion Affiliates will grant the affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non sublicensable, revocable right to use Lion Affiliates logos and text solely for the purpose of the affiliate program.
3. The affiliate will be responsible only for the development, operation, and maintenance of his/her web site (s).
4. Banners provided by Lion Affiliates are hosted on our servers and we reserve the right to update these banners at any time and without previous notice.
5 .We reserve the right to monitor all websites promoting Lion Affiliates in order to determine if you are in compliance with our terms and conditions and consequently, take the proper actions at our discretion.
6. Affiliates should use best marketing reasonable efforts to actively and effectively advertise, market and promote Lion Affiliates as widely and aggressively as possible in order to maximize the financial benefit for both, affiliate and Lion Affiliates program.
7. Puts at your disposal a Sales and Retention Team that will guarantee that you will see the action of your players so you can make the most of your traffic.
8. Players must be properly tagged to an Affiliate ́s account. Should this tag be improperly inserted or the steps not followed correctly, the player registration and commission will not be assigned to you.
9. Lion Affiliates reserves the right to refuse players or end the contract with them if necessary to comply with the participating brand/s website’s terms and conditions . Lion Affiliates will not be responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages or losses incurred by the affiliate or a customer referred by the affiliate, arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.
10. Lion Affiliates will not be responsible for any contest or promotion not authorized by our affiliate Department.
11. You will be solely responsible for the technical operation of their Web site and the accuracy and appropriateness of materials posted on Your Web Site. You agree that neither your website or social media accounts and pages or any kind will not, in any way, copy or resemble the look and feel of Our Web Site or Participating Sites nor will You create the impression that Your Site is Our Site or any part of Our Site or Participating Sites. Nor will you display name/s containing any our brand names or variation of words that are or can be deemed to resemble part your Brand's name.
12. Affiliates cannot use anchor text for keyword phrases, names or words that are or can be deemed to resemble any of the Lion Affiliates’ participating brands.
13. Affiliates may not purchase or register keywords or search terms for use in any search engine, portal, sponsored advertising service or referral services, using any of Lion Affiliates or its participating brands’ branded keywords” or any variations thereof. Lion Affiliates reserves the right to close your Affiliate account retaining all revenue generated from these keywords.

Confidentiality

1. All information, including without limitation, the business and financial information, customer and supplier lists, and pricing and sales information, concerning Lion Affiliates and its affiliate program or any of our Affiliates shall remain strictly confidential and secret and shall not be utilized, directly or indirectly, by you for your own business purposes or for any other purpose except and solely to the extent that any such information is generally known or available to the public through another source.

Relationship of Parties

1. All information, including without limitation, the business and financial information, customer and supplier lists, and pricing and sales information, concerning Lion Affiliates and its affiliate program or any of our Affiliates shall remain strictly confidential and secret and shall not be utilized, directly or indirectly, by you for your own business purposes or for any other purpose except and solely to the extent that any such information is generally known or available to the public through another source.

Term and Termination

1. The term of this Agreement with Lion Affiliates program will begin when You complete the sign-up procedure and have been informed by Us of Your acceptance to the Program and create a unique link to any of the participating brands’ sites and will be continuous unless and until either party decides to terminate this agreement for any cause given or not given.
2. The party must notify the other in writing or any means of communication that it wishes to terminate the Agreement, in which case this Agreement will be terminated immediately. TERMINATION IS AT WILL, WITH OR WITHOUT REASON, BY EITHER PARTY. For purposes of notification of termination, delivery via e-mail to info@ lion affiliates. com program will begin when You complete the sign-up procedure and have been informed by Us of Your acceptance to the Program and create a unique link to Our sites and will be continuous unless and until either party decides to terminate this agreement for any cause given or not given.
3. Either the Company or an Affiliate may terminate this Agreement and their participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party a written notice of termination (such notice to be sent to the Company by email to info@ lion affiliates. com (Attention: Affiliate Manager).
4. If the Agreement is terminated pursuant to clause mention before, the Affiliate will be entitled to unpaid Commissions if any, earned by or on the date of termination. For the avoidance of doubt, no Commissions occurring after the date of termination will be paid.

Spam Policy

1. As an Affiliate, You agree to comply with the requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 in its distribution of email that contains messaging regarding the Participating Sites. Furthermore, You agree that all promotional work You do with Us will comply with industry acceptable standards. Any unacceptable behaviour (including the Use of spam) will be cause for immediate termination of this agreement.

Unsuitable Sites

1. We may terminate this Agreement if we determine (in our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable. Unsuitable sites include, but are not limited to, those that: are aimed at children, display pornography or other illegal sexual acts, promote violence, promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender or age, promote illegal activities or violate intellectual property rights or breach any relevant advertising regulations or codes of practice.

Cookies

1. If a player clicks a link from an affiliate tracking code, it will generate a cookie for the next 30 days. If in those 30 days, the person creates an account, it will be associated to the affiliate tracking link for the user.
2. The last cookie that tracks a visitor before opening an account will be the one accounted to the affiliate.

Referred Players

1. It is prohibited for you and your relatives such as spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling, or any individual using same IP address (household) to be referred to Lion Affiliates
2. You will be able to keep track of your referred players, activity generated, commissions and the payments you are entitled to receive through our Affiliate website. You will be able to review these statistics with ease and be able to improve your promoting campaigns or keep track of them.
3. Affiliate shall not be entitled to the percentages retrospectively, notwithstanding their reinstatement.
4. Affiliates can earn on active players only. Players must be active during the month to trigger commission for the affiliate. Players activity will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
5. It is your responsibility to keep your affiliate login and password secure. We are not responsible for any losses that may arise from anyone accessing your Affiliate account.
6. In the unlikely event that two or more affiliates claim referral over player/s, it will be up to our management to make a final decision as to who gets the player referral
7. We reserve the right to withhold affiliate payment/s generated by any Affiliate player/s that are under investigation. We reserve the right to refuse customers or to close their accounts at manager's discretion.

Commission

1. Lion Affiliates will pay the affiliate a commission based on the players’ net losses. These players must have signed up through your Affiliate website or tracking ID or provided us with the affiliate promotion code.

3. Program will pay out revenue share on the commissionable earnings generated by each customer, as defined by the merchant.Example:
4. Chargeback Policy. Since Chargebacks directly affect the accumulated Net Revenue received by Us, it affects Your commission payment as well. If a Referred Player disputes a transaction which eventually results in a chargeback, the accumulated revenue generated by Yourself will be reduced by the chargeback amount upto the amount of commissions received.
5. The Company reserves right to offer different commission structures and revenue models in respect of different affiliate partners. We may raise or lower any affiliates' commissions’ accounting to our step-tier-base commission scale and method of calculation of your referral commission at management’s discretion.
6. All commissions shall be paid to you on a monthly basis, for the purposes of calculating commission earnings, Any payments will be issued by the first monday of the month. Payment shall be made by us to you by way of the payment method available to you and will be paid within 10 days of month end and providing that your payment information is updated and true by the 1st of the month
7. If your Revenue Share is negative for any particular month resulting in a negative Commission, your negative Revenue shall be carried forward to the subsequent months(s).
8. We retain the right to change the Referral Commission percentage and method of calculation of Referral Commission at management’s discretion
9. The affiliate will not receive commissions on his losses or deposits.
10. Our affiliates could have a negative carry-over figure on players if net win is higher than net loses as commissions are based on net losses.
11. Affiliates who do not generate at least three (3) new First-Time Depositors (FTDs) within the preceding ninety (90) days will have their commission rate reduced to a minimum of ten percent (10%). Furthermore, affiliates who fail to meet this requirement within a three hundred sixty-five (365) day period will have their commission rate adjusted to zero percent (0%). Should the affiliate subsequently acquire three (3) new depositing players, their commission rate will be reinstated to its original terms.
12. If you desire to offer extra incentives to potential referred players, you are required to receive our written approval; otherwise, commissions generated by such unauthorized incentive will be void.
13. It is required for the referred player to make a real money deposit in order for the Affiliate to receive commissions over his/her net losses.
14. Any Earnings on referred bonuses or betting adjustments made to a players account will not be taken into consideration for commissions.
15. In case fraudulent activity is detected by the referred player or the Affiliate, we reserve the right to terminate this agreement and hold any commission generated through fraud at our own discretion.
16. You are urged to provide accurate details in regard to the manner and information relating to your preferred method of receiving payments. Lion Affiliates hall not be held liable for your delayed receipt of commissions due to your provision of inaccurate details. It is your responsibility to be aware of money owed and commissions received. We will always update you with commissions sent, but after One month it will automatically be presumed that the money sent was received, and will no longer be traced.

Entire Agreement

1. We may modify the Terms and Conditions at any time and at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
2. All Affiliate terms and rules apply to Master Accounts as well. reserves the right to terminate this agreement at our sole discretion; consequently, the Affiliate must remove all our banners, links and any other content.
4. You agree to this terms and conditions by clicking the “Submit” button on our Affiliate Registration Form herein attached.
5. An Affiliate may not apply to or participate in the Program unless they accept the Terms.
6. You are not authorized to use any software such as spiders, algorithms or bots to crawl, page-scrape or access any of our brands websites or affiliate program websites.
7. I.Ps, which are not authorized to use our XML feeds, API feeds, server to server information, shall be authorized or blocked at our discretion. Whitelisting is done upon request.
8. Affiliates must ensure that any materials such as banners on your website site are not violating copyright or Intellectual property.
9. We are not responsible for lost or injury caused by negligent use of our creative or our links, be dated or outdated.
10. We will not be liable for interruptions or errors caused by ours websites and systems.
11. We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time and in our sole discretion. It is the Affiliate's responsibility to periodically check these terms and conditions, if an Affiliates continues to participate in the Program after the date on which the Terms have changed, it will affirm that you have accepted the updated Terms. If any modification is unacceptable to You, Your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement; should you so terminate the changes we have announced shall nevertheless become effective unless we agree, in writing to info@lionaffiliates.com , to the contrary. Your continued participation in the Program following our posting of a change notice or new Agreement on Our Site will constitute binding acceptance of the change.
12. You acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all of its terms and conditions. You understand that we may at any time without prior notice (directly or indirectly) solicit customer referrals on terms that may differ from those that are contained in this agreement or operate similar websites that compete with your site. You have independently evaluated the desirability of participating in our affiliate program and are not relying any representation, guarantee, or statement or other than as set forth in this agreement. We will not recognize modifications of this agreement
13. We make no representation that the operation of the lionaffiliates.com Web site will be uninterrupted or error-free and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
14. The Lion Affiliates program is intended for your direct participation. You shall not open affiliate accounts on behalf of other participants. Opening an affiliate account for a third party, brokering an affiliate account or the transfer of an affiliate account is not accepted.
15. Affiliates wishing to transfer an account to another beneficial account owner must request permission to do so by Contacting Us. Approval is solely at management's discretion.
16. We don't endorse promotion of online betting through the US Postal Service.
